Strategic Resource Planning Manager

This role focuses on ensuring optimal resource allocation and strategic workforce planning to support business objectives. The Strategic Resource Planning Manager will be responsible for analyzing current and future resource needs, developing and implementing resource plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain resource planning models and forecasts.
Analyze workforce trends and identify potential gaps or surpluses.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand resource requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization.
Monitor and report on resource performance.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on resource planning matters.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in resource planning or workforce planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience in a related industry is a plus.
