Human Resource Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the growth and success of GNG Electronics. The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
