TM1 Development

This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics) solutions to meet business planning and analysis needs. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, build robust models, and ensure the effective utilization of the TM1 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain TM1 applications, including cubes, rules, and reports.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective planning solutions.
Perform data modeling and ensure data integrity within the TM1 environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TM1 performance and functionality.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate TM1 with other systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on TM1 applications.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in TM1/IBM Planning Analytics development.
Strong understanding of planning and budgeting processes.
Proficiency in TM1 rules, calculations, and data modeling.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
