Quality Team Lead

This role focuses on leading and managing a quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Quality Team Lead will be responsible for defining quality standards, implementing testing strategies, and driving continuous improvement within the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track defects.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
Perform risk assessment and prioritize testing efforts.
Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports.

Requirements/Qualifications:

4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance.
Experience in leading and managing a team.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in test automation tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
