Supervisor Loss Prevention

This role is responsible for safeguarding company assets and ensuring a secure environment for guests and employees. The Supervisor of Loss Prevention will oversee and implement loss prevention strategies, conduct investigations, and maintain a high level of security awareness throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement loss prevention programs and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify vulnerabilities.
Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and security breaches.
Train and supervise security personnel.
Maintain security systems and equipment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Prepare reports and documentation related to loss prevention activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in loss prevention or security.
Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent observation and analytical skills.
Ability to investigate incidents and gather evidence.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in training and supervising personnel.
