Experienced AR Callers

This role involves handling accounts receivable calls for multiple companies, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding invoices.
Investigating and resolving billing inquiries and disputes.
Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
Accurately documenting all interactions and payment details.
Following up on past due accounts and escalating as needed.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Experience with collections software is a plus.
