Kannada Voice Process

This role involves providing customer support and handling inquiries using the Kannada language. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance.
Resolving customer complaints and addressing their concerns.

Processing orders and completing transactions.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Any graduate degree.
Proficiency in Kannada (both spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy.
