Shooting Coach

This role involves providing expert instruction and guidance in shooting sports to students of all skill levels. The Shooting Coach will foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, promoting skill development, sportsmanship, and a passion for the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive shooting instruction, covering fundamental techniques and advanced strategies.
Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual student needs and skill levels.
Ensure a safe and controlled shooting environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Organize and oversee shooting competitions and events.
Maintain equipment and facilities in good working order.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a shooting coach or instructor.
Strong knowledge of shooting techniques, safety procedures, and competitive rules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Certification or relevant qualifications in shooting sports (preferred).
