QA Engineer II

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of our educational software and platforms. The QA Engineer II will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to identify and resolve defects, contributing to a seamless user experience for our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design specifications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after code changes.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.
Automate testing processes where applicable.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
