Production Support Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of production systems. The Production Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise in a live environment, contributing to a seamless user experience and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production systems and applications for performance and errors.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, escalating as needed.
Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventative measures.

Maintain documentation of production systems and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support.

Requirements/Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in a production support or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with monitoring tools and techniques.
Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).
Understanding of database concepts.
