Senior Executive Outsourcing QA Solvers

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Implement and maintain QA processes and standards.
Manage outsourcing relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with various testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in an outsourcing environment is a plus.
