HR Generalist

This role is focused on providing comprehensive human resources support to a dynamic organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
Assist with performance management processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
