Senior Executive - Urban Regional Planning

This role focuses on contributing to the strategic development and implementation of urban and regional planning initiatives within a national industrial corridor. The Senior Executive will be responsible for coordinating planning activities, ensuring alignment with national policies, and supporting the overall growth and sustainability of the industrial corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement urban and regional planning strategies.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities.
Conduct research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation related to planning projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage and oversee planning projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in urban or regional planning.
Strong understanding of planning principles, policies, and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
