Principal Analyst, Strategy & Operations

This role focuses on providing analytical support and driving strategic initiatives within the operations team. The Principal Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, conducting data analysis, and developing recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support strategic planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Analytics).
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, strategy, or operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
