HR Executive and Generalist

This role is focused on providing comprehensive human resources support to ensure a productive and engaged workforce. The HR Executive and Generalist will be responsible for a range of HR functions, contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support performance management processes.
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
