Senior Telesales Voice Process Professional

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support through voice communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting products or services effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in telesales or a related customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu.
