Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial reporting, data analysis, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets.
Perform variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data.
Assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3 to 9 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
