Business Head - Events, Sponsorships

This role is focused on leading and executing event and sponsorship strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The Business Head will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of events and sponsorships that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive event and sponsorship strategies.
Identify and evaluate potential sponsorship opportunities.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
Oversee event logistics and execution.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze event performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of event professionals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in event management and sponsorship.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and manage budgets.

Experience in marketing and brand management.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
