Test Manager / Project Manager / Delivery Manager

This role involves leading and managing teams responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and a deep understanding of software testing methodologies. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a team of test engineers and project managers.
Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Developing and executing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving issues.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Communicating project status to stakeholders.
Managing risks and dependencies.
Facilitating collaboration between different teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in software testing and project management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
