Accounts Head

This role is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The Accounts Head will manage a team of accounting professionals and work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Significant experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
