Service Engineer - Oracle Demand Supply Planning

This role focuses on providing expert support and maintenance for Oracle-based demand and supply planning systems. The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, optimal performance, and continuous improvement of these critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Demand and Supply Planning modules.
Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 12 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in Oracle Demand and Supply Planning modules.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with database administration and SQL.
