CRM Monitoring Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our CRM systems. The CRM Monitoring Engineer will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues, optimizing system performance, and contributing to the overall health of our critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CRM system performance and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to CRM functionality.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system stability.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
Implement and maintain automation for monitoring and remediation tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting CRM systems.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
