Product, Program and Channel Manager

This role focuses on developing and executing product, program, and channel strategies to drive growth and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product and program strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing optimization.
Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure successful product launches.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Manage and optimize various distribution channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 13 years of experience in product management, program management, or channel management.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
