Senior Learning Consultant

This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning solutions. The Senior Learning Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand learning needs and create impactful programs that drive performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
Design and develop engaging learning content, including online modules, workshops, and blended learning programs.
Facilitate and deliver training sessions to diverse audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Manage learning projects from conception to completion.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Experience with needs analysis, curriculum development, and evaluation.
