Talent Acquisition Executive

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
