Linux Admin

This role involves managing and maintaining Linux-based systems and infrastructure, ensuring their stability, security, and performance. The Linux Administrator will be responsible for implementing and supporting various Linux services, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux servers and systems.
Monitoring system performance and proactively addressing potential issues.
Implementing and managing security measures to protect systems and data.
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
Automating tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
Performing system backups and recovery procedures.
Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
