ETP Manager

This role involves overseeing and managing Environmental Treatment Plant (ETP) operations, ensuring efficient and compliant wastewater treatment processes. The ETP Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the plant, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise ETP operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of ETP equipment and infrastructure.
Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ETP operations.
Manage and train ETP personnel.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Prepare reports on ETP performance and compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in ETP management and operations.
Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and technologies.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Relevant engineering or science degree.
