Recruiter Team Lead - IT Recruitment

This role is focused on leading a team of recruiters to identify and attract top IT talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful candidate sourcing and placement.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT professionals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
