Team Leader - Upselling & Collections

This role is focused on leading a team responsible for upselling and collections activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of collection specialists.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and upselling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
Analyze collection data and identify trends to improve processes.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in collections or sales.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
