BIM Engineer I - Mechanical, Plumbing, Techture, Structures

This role involves supporting the design and construction process by leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies. The BIM Engineer I will collaborate with engineers and architects to create and manage 3D models, ensuring accuracy and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project standards.
Coordinate models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
Assist in the creation of shop drawings and fabrication documents.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings.
Ensure model accuracy and adherence to design intent.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in BIM modeling.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
