Housekeeping Associate

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment within the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail. The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in upholding the hotel's standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms according to established procedures.
Changing bed linens, towels, and bathroom amenities.
Dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Ensuring the cleanliness of public areas, including hallways and lobbies.
Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
