Therapy Manager

This role involves leading and managing therapeutic areas within a pharmaceutical setting. The Therapy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and providing expert guidance on therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement therapeutic strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and market access.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the therapeutic area.
Provide medical and scientific support to the sales team.
Manage product lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify and evaluate new therapeutic opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or medical affairs.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory landscape.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience in developing and executing therapeutic strategies.
