Network Security L2 Support Professional

This role involves providing second-level support for network security infrastructure and applications, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve network security incidents and alerts.
Perform security assessments and vulnerability scans.
Implement and maintain security controls and policies.
Monitor security systems and analyze logs for suspicious activity.
Provide technical support to users on security-related issues.
Participate in security awareness training and education.
Document security procedures and incident responses.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in network security.
Strong understanding of network protocols and security concepts.
Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
Proficiency in security tools and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
