Software Development Lead

This role involves leading a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. The Software Development Lead will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards, while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers.
Design and develop software solutions based on project requirements.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in software development.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
