Head Quality Control

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet established quality standards, implement quality assurance procedures, and lead a team of quality control professionals to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
Supervise and train quality control personnel.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Manage non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize quality.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Bopp films is highly desirable.
