Senior IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top IT talent to support our client's growing needs. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
