Appian Developer

This role focuses on developing and implementing robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications using the Appian platform. The Appian Developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test Appian applications based on business requirements.
Configure and customize Appian workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Appian Developer.
Strong understanding of Appian development best practices.
Experience with Appian BPM and workflow design.
Proficiency in data modeling and database concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
