Tele Calling

This role involves engaging with potential customers through telephone communication to promote products or services and generate leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively represent the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Providing information about products and services.
Achieving daily and monthly call volume targets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Freshers are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues.
