Senior AR Caller

This role focuses on managing and resolving accounts receivable issues, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Contacting customers with outstanding balances.
Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies.
Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
Maintaining accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Following up on overdue accounts and escalating as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

1 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
