Performance Marketing Lead

This role is focused on driving significant growth through strategic performance marketing initiatives. The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies.

Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-9 years of experience in performance marketing.
Proven track record of driving growth through digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Expertise in Google Ads, social media advertising, and other performance marketing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
