Pick and Place Assembly Operator

This role involves operating and maintaining pick-and-place assembly equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production of electrical components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of assembly processes and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate pick-and-place assembly machines according to established procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
Inspect components and finished products for defects.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with pick-and-place assembly.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4 to 9 years of relevant experience.
