This role focuses on managing and resolving loan recovery and collection matters through voice communication. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with debtors and ensure timely resolution of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting debtors to discuss outstanding loan balances.
Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Following up on payment arrangements and ensuring compliance.
Escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
Adhering to legal and regulatory guidelines related to debt collection.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
