SAP ABAP RAP Lead

This role involves leading and contributing to the development and implementation of SAP solutions, with a focus on Rapid Application Development (RAP). The SAP ABAP RAP Lead will be responsible for guiding a team, ensuring high-quality code, and delivering solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of ABAP developers in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.
Design and develop SAP applications using ABAP and RAP technologies.
Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong experience with SAP Rapid Application Development (RAP).
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with SAP implementation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
