Tech Trainer

This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the technical skills of employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of technical concepts and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on various technical topics.
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and relevance.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a technical trainer or instructor.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
