Lead Design Verification ASIC SOC

This role focuses on leading the design verification efforts for complex ASIC and System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. The Lead Design Verification Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the functional correctness and reliability of these critical components, working closely with design and architecture teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of design verification engineers.
Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans and strategies.
Create and maintain verification environments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Perform functional and performance verification of ASIC/SoC designs.
Debug and resolve verification issues, collaborating with design engineers.
Develop and maintain verification testbenches and test cases.
Analyze and report verification results, identifying areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of verification standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in design verification of ASIC or SoC designs.
Strong understanding of digital design principles and verification methodologies.
Proficiency in using industry-standard verification tools (e.g., simulators, debuggers).
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for testbench automation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with UVM is highly desirable.
