Financial Due Diligence Analyst

This role involves conducting thorough financial assessments and analyses to support investment decisions. The Financial Due Diligence Analyst will play a crucial role in evaluating potential acquisitions, investments, and other strategic opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analysis, review of financial statements, and assessment of key performance indicators.
Analyze financial models and projections to assess the viability of potential transactions.
Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities associated with target companies.
Prepare detailed due diligence reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
0-5 years of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or investment banking.
