Import Operations Executive

This role focuses on managing and coordinating import operations, ensuring efficient and compliant movement of goods. The Import Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire import process, from initial documentation to final delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage import documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Maintain accurate records of import transactions.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Optimize import processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
