Senior Manager - Database Design

This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of database solutions to support critical business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in database technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of robust and scalable database systems.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across all database environments.
Collaborate with application development teams to define database requirements and design optimal solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior database professionals.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues.
Participate in database architecture and technology roadmap planning.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in database design and development.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
Experience with data modeling, database optimization, and performance tuning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud-based database technologies is a plus.
