Grant Management Finance

This role focuses on the effective management and oversight of grant funding, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and maximizing the impact of financial resources. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong financial acumen and experience in grant administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full grant lifecycle, from proposal development to reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to donors.
Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, identifying and addressing any variances.
Maintain strong relationships with grant funders and stakeholders.
Develop and implement grant management policies and procedures.
Conduct financial risk assessments related to grants.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in grant management and financial administration.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
