iSeries Developer

This role focuses on the development and maintenance of applications running on the iSeries platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring the stability and performance of existing systems, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the iSeries environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain iSeries applications based on defined requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the iSeries environment.
Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as an iSeries Developer.
Strong understanding of iSeries architecture and technologies.
Proficiency in RPG, CL, and DDS.
Experience with database design and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
